The four days of July 4th with fireworks and movies brought new records at the Wilderness Drive-In Theater. About 10,000 people showed up over the holiday.
There will be an Open Office Day in Dade County on Wednesday from 9-11 am at the Dade County Administrative Building, 71 Case Ave. in Trenton.

Main St. All candidates welcome and the event is open to the public. Friends of the Park at Cloudland meets every fourth Thursday at 7 p.m. in the park’s Interpretive Building.
The Bethlehem Church Cemetery Group met the first Sunday in June. Gary Moore is chairman of the group and led the cemetery portion. Donna Street showed pictures of many of those buried there. Families included Brown, Cole, Cureton, Dabbs/Doyle/Morrison, Patterson/Moore and Street.
The Dade Historical Society will meet tonight at 6 p.m. at Randy's Restaurant.
