Talk about a small world.
One of the more colorful road names here in Ooltewah is Owl Hollow Road. It's located near the Hamilton County and Bradley County line. It's where radio personality Dale Deason, and others who don't want anyone to find them, live.
It's so far back in the sticks that satellite television has a hard time reaching the residents with a signal.
Sept. 21, a guy came into my service station to have his car repaired, and when I asked for his address, he told me Owl Hollow Road, in Belvedere, Tenn.
I checked it out. There are two Owl Hollow Roads in Tennessee.
Who would have ever thought?
The Ooltewah High School football Owls will play the Walker Valley Mustangs Oct. 2 at "The Nest." Game time will be 7:30 p.m.
