Marion County High School Beta Club is partnering with Blood Assurance to sponsor a blood donation drive. Each year, Blood Assurance coordinates the Project Lifeline program. Project Lifeline is a series of blood drives hosted by more than 90 high schools in the Blood Assurance service area.
Students and faculty members in Alabama, Georgia, North Carolina and Tennessee supply much-needed blood to help save lives, while inspiring a sense of good will, sharing and community service among everyone involved. The MCHS Beta Club Blood Donation Drive will be Oct. 6 at MCHS. Registration will be in the lobby. The community is invited to come by the school between 8 a.m. and 2 p.m. CST to donate. Any questions, call 423-942-5120.
