Congratulations to Central on their big win against the Hixson Wildcats! The mighty Pounders are now 4-0! Come out and support the team this week as they take on South Pittsburg at home. Central’s band is collecting old cell phones as a fund raiser and will have collection boxes set up at the game, so bring your old cell phone to help out the band!

The Harrison Ruritan Club will have a barbecue and yard sale on Sept. 26 from 11 a.m. to 4 p.m. There will be live entertainment throughout the day, and tickets will be available at the door for $6. Proceeds will benefit community service projects throughout the year.
