The march is on in the final months of fundraising for the Soddy Daisy High School band. Come out an enjoy a pancake breakfast on Oct. 31 from 7:30 to 10:30 a.m. Aretha Frankenstein’s insanely great pancakes will be served at Clear Creek Church of Christ, 5612 Hixson Pike. Also, you will be able to check out the Frankenstein hearse. Tickets will be on sale at the door, or you can call Belinda Thornton at 779-7418.

Mark you calendar for the Chattanooga Food Bank golf tournament at Montlake Golf Club on Nov. 7. Registration will begin at 8 a.m. and will be 10 canned goods and the $50 entry fee. Prizes will be $1,000 for first place, $400 for second place and $200 for longest drive and closest to pin. Prizes will be based on 72 players. Call Michael Field at 332-3111.

Remember to have treats on hand for all the goblins. Be safe and have fun on Halloween.
