The New Monumental Baptist Church Youth Department will host an All Saints Night Block Party Oct. 31, 6 to 9 p.m., for youth in the community. In case of rain, the event will be held inside the church. For additional information call 423-629-6106.
The parks and recreation department will offer free baseball clinics Oct. 31 at Engel Stadium for ages 8-17 years from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. Major league players will be in attendance. Contact Shelly Armstrong at 423-653-6777 for additional information.
