“We want the community to come out and bring the children,” said MBA vice president Gretchen Richards. “It’s a safe environment to have a good time.”
MBA merchants will welcome customers during regular business hours throughout the day to trick or treat and shop.
Cypher Gaming, which will be showing free movies all day and offering specials on movie and game rentals, will wrap up the celebration beginning at 6 p.m. with a costume party for kids. Prizes will be awarded to the best dressed of the evening and owner Michael Locke will be sporting a spiffy costume of his own, as he plans to wear a Hollywood Studios Batman costume.
