The second annual Best of Walker County voting will begin next week. The contest is co-sponsored by the Walker County Chamber of Commerce and the Walker County Messenger. Vote at www.walkercochamber.com or by picking up paper ballots at the Walker County Messenger offices on the Square or at the chamber offices at the Walker County Civic Center in Rock Spring. Have a favorite restaurant, teacher, church youth group, etc.? Then please vote now! The campaign will end Nov. 10 at 5 p.m. Winners will be announced at the chamber's Nov. 17 monthly membership luncheon.
