On Oct. 31, the Central High wrestling team will have a rummage/bake sale from 8 a.m. to 1 p.m. on the school lawn. Please consider stopping by to make a purchase or donation to support the team. Proceeds from the sale go toward traveling expenses for the team this season.

Other news from Central comes from soccer coach Jim Stone. He announced they are in the beginning stages of building a new soccer field and plan to fund the project on their own. They need quite a few supplies including some chain link fence and would appreciate any help or donations from the community.
