WHO: Public Art Chattanooga (PAC), City of Chattanooga and Friends of Hixson

WHEN: Wednesday, October 21, noon

WHERE: North River Civic Center in Hixson, 1009 Executive Drive

Additional: Sculptures on the ballot include "Arise," by Andy Light, and "Leonardo's Device," by Skip Van Houten. Winning piece will be installed at Access Road and Hixson Pike a few days later.
