The American Legion Veterans Parade will be Nov. 7 from 10 to11 a.m.

The Historical Society will meet at Randy's at 5:30 p.m. Nov. 7 to bring everyone up to date on both history books, the next meeting of the genealogy class and volunteers for the County Historic Preservation Group.

The Tri-State Food Pantry is always in need of volunteers. For information, you can leave a message on the church answering machine at 706-657-6837.

There will be a Veterans Day Celebration at the American Legion Hall on North Main Street at 11 a.m. on Nov. 11.
