In the middle of Collegedale’s premier retirement community, Green Briar Cove, and within the Garden Plaza Complex is the Bistro at Garden Plaza. Open from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. on weekdays, and open to the public, you can get a wonderful lunch. Meals range from $6 to $12, and they offer a full vegetarian menu as well as food for us carnivores. It is delicious, and a real asset for the community.
