Apartment community a Haven for amenities

The Haven apartment complex in East Brainerd provides luxury services in an award-winning setting.

“There’s not anything like this Chattanooga has to offer, just with customer service and added benefits,” said property manager Lisa Wagner. “We really try to give everything to residents as an added value for living here.”

The one-year-old complex, which is located on 20 wooded and landscaped acres just across from Hamilton Place, recently won this year’s beautification award by the Chattanooga Apartment Association for the zero- to five-year category.

The Haven staff offers community convenience and resort amenities at the complex just across from Hamilton Place.

“It’s like being in the heart of everything but still feels like living out (in the woods),” said Wagner. “It’s very private and peaceful back here.”

A wide range of amenities, including complimentary dog-walking, massages, yoga and Pilates, make The Haven more than just a place to lay your head after the daily grind.

“It’s like living at a resort where somebody takes care of you, like on vacation,” Wagner said.

Every unit, which can be one-, two- or three-bedroom, contains a washer and dryer, stainless-finish appliances and a patio or sunroom. Upgrades offer the choice of granite countertops and hardwood flooring and a wood-burning fireplace.

“We want you to make this your home,” said Wagner. “We will paint accent walls for you; if you want to change (light) fixtures out (you can). We will let you do whatever needs to be done. We want (it) to be as custom as possible.”

Property amenities include a pool, heated outdoor spa, two dog parks, a fitness center, private garages and community grill.

With frequent resident mixers, such as the upcoming Harvest Fest, and community participation in fundraisers like the Grateful Gobbler, the residents are more like family, Wagner said.

“We always focus on community,” she said, adding that many groups of residents grab a reclining chair in the theater room to watch “American Idol” or football games together.

And with one- to 15-month leases, anyone can join the community for as long as they need, Wagner said.
