On July 20 at the Hamilton County Association of Utility District’s quarterly meeting, David Callahan, shown in center, General Manager for the Soddy Daisy–Falling Water Utility District, was presented a resolution from the State of Tennessee in honor of being named Utility Manager of the Year by the Tennessee Association of Utility Districts for his hard work and dedication to his community.
