* Cat & Dog Caregivers: Volunteers socialize with animals, show them love and attention, and exercise puppies or older dogs in the play yards.
* Fostering: Volunteers open their homes to foster a dog, cat, kittens or pups for an overnight stay or until adopted.
* Transportation: Volunteers take animals to adoption centers, rescue organizations or other centers that have made requests for particular breeds.
* Adoption: Volunteers assist with animal handling and presentation at local pet stores that sponsor weekend adoptions.
